12 oz. flour
2 tbs syrup any kind
1 tbs marmalade
1 tsp baking powder
5 eggs
1 1/2 mixed fruit
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
pinch of salt

prepare 8 inch tin use a greased wax paper
dust the mixed fruit with flour before to prevent it from sinking.

sifted dry ingredients to gather.
in a mixing bowl cream butter and sugar,add the syrup and marmalade then the eggs one by one and alternately
with the flour to the end then mix by a spoon to add the mixed fruit and the nuts.
but in the tin and spread the top. bake 2 1/2 hour on 300º
