4 chicken breasts
salt and pepper
5 oz carton low fat natural yogurt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground coriander
clove of skinned garlic crushed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine the yogurt with the chili powder, ginger, coriander, garlic and lemon juice. Mix well and pour over chicken. Allow to stand for 2 hours turning frequently. Line the grill pan with aluminum foil. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place in the pan. Brush with oil. Grill until golden brown about 20 min turning frequently. Place the chicken on a warm serving plate. Heat the marinade and seve separately. Plain boiled rice may be served on the side with a green salad.
