1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen beans
1½ cups ham, cubed
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup butter, melted
2 eggs
½ cup Bisquick
1 tomato, sliced
¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 350º. Grease pie plate. Rinse beans to thaw. Spread beans and ham in plate. Beat cottage cheese, sour cream, butter, eggs and Bisquick until smooth, 30 seconds in a blender on high, stopping to scrape sides. Pour into plate. Arrange tomato slices on top. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Bake until knife comes out clean 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes
