2 cup onion, diced
¼ cup butter
2 cans (6½ oz. each) tuna, drained
1 cups shredded cheese (8 oz.)
3 eggs
1¼ cups milk
1 cup Bisquick
¼ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 400º. Grease pie plate. Cook onions in butter over low heat, stirring occasionally, until onions are brown. Sprinkle tuna, 1 cup cheese and onions in pie plate. Beat eggs, milk, Bisquick, salt and pepper until smooth, 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with a hand beater. Pour in plate. Bake until knife comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. Top with tomatoes and remaining cheese. Bake until cheese melts 3-5 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
