2 cans (6½ oz. each) tuna, drained
½ cup sliced olives
½ cup celery, chopped
½ cup green pepper, diced
¼ cup onion, diced
1 can (10¾ oz.) cream of mushroom soup
2 cup Bisquick
½ cup cold water
1½ cup (6oz.) shredded cheese
1 egg
1 T. water
¼ cup milk

Oven 425º. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix tuna, celery, olives, green pepper, onion and ¼ cup soup. Mix Bisquick and cold water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Smooth dough into ball on floured board. Knead 5 strokes. Roll into rectangle 14x11 inches, place on cookie sheet. Spoon tuna lengthwise down center of dough. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. make cuts, 2½ inches long at 1 inch intervals on the 14 inch sides. Fold strips over filling. Mix egg and 1 T water. Brush over dough. Bake 15-20 minutes.
Mix remaining soup, remaining ½ cup cheese and milk over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot. Serve over slices of twist.
