11 cups flour
4 cups warm water
4 tbsp oil
4 tbsp sugar
1½ tsp salt

1 cup lukewarm water
1 tsp sugar
1 pkg yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Measure 11 cups flour in a large bowl. Then prepare 4 cups warm water, 4 tbsp oil and 4 tbsp sugar. Mix 1 cup lukewarm water, 1 tsp sugar, stir to dissolve, sprinkle 1 pkg (1 tbsp) yeast on top. Let rise for approximately 10 minutes. Stir and add to water mixture. Add approximately 5 cups flour and 1½ tsp salt. Mix to a smooth paste. Then add remaining flour and knead until nice and smooth. Grease dish and cover with tea towel and plastic. Let rise to double and punch down. Let rise again. Shape into loaves, makes approximately 4. Let rise and bake 30-35 minutes at 400º F.
