1 1/2 lb. Brussels Sprouts, halved, stems and ragged
outside leaves removed (Cut very large ones
into quarters
3 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil *
3/4 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground Black Pepper
1 Tbs Balsamic vinegar *
1 tsp Honey *

* Lemon infused oil, balsamic vinegar or honey add a nice flavor to the dish

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425º

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a large bowl, toss the Brussels Sprouts with 2 Tbs. of Olive oil, Kosher salt and pepper.
Transfer the Brussels Sprouts to the foil-lined baking sheet.
Roast, turning occasionally to ensure even browning until tender and caramelized, about 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and place back in the bowl.
Add remaining Tbs. of oil, the Balsamic Vinegar and Honey.
Toss to coat evenly.
Adjust seasoning (Balsamic vinegar and Honey, salt and pepper) to taste.
