2 T. olive oil
1 T. paprika
1½ tsp. rosemary leaves
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. fresh ground black pepper
½ tsp. garlic powder
6 bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed (about 2 lbs.)
1½ lbs. small red potatoes, halved

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º.
Mix oil and spices in a large bowl. Add chicken and potatoes; toss to coat well. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a foil-lined 10x15 inch baking pan sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
Bake for 15 minutes. Push potatoes to one side of the pan. Place chicken on pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes longer or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender, turning potatoes occasionally.
