1 lb. bag frozen blackberries (do not thaw)
3 T. dry bread crumbs
2 T. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
2 T. quick-cooking tapioca
1 c. fat-free sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Arrange blackberries evenly on a 9" pie plate. In a small cup, combine bread crumbs, 2 T. sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle half of the bread crumb mixture and the tapioca over the berries. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, 3/4 c. sugar and flour. Pour evenly over bread crumb layer. Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs on top of the sour cream mixture. Bake 35 minutes, until bubbly and golden. Serve warm.
