32 oz favorite tomato sauce or make your own
3 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded (can never have enough cheese)
16 oz or 32 oz Ricotta cheese (to your liking)
2 boxes ziti noodles or rigatoni works as well
Parmesan cheese
11 x 13 pan
optional: sausage or hamburger meat (can be added to mixture)

Cook pasta as you would normally but 3/4 of the way. Add all other ingredients together in a large bowl and add pasta (stir gently) add optional ingredients (sausage or HB meat). Put in baking pan, top with more mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.Put a tent foil over pan.(foil doesn't touch top) Put in oven at 375º for about an hour. Make a side pot of sauce for guests that would like to add more sauce. Enjoy! feeds over 10 people or have leftovers for lunch.
