1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 cup whipping cream
3 large chicken breasts, cooked, skinned, boned and sliced
1 teaspoon minced onion
dash garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Melt butter in saucepan, blend in flour and salt, gradually add chicken broth, stir constantly and bring to boil and cook for two minutes. Remove from heat and add blue cheese to blend. Pour in white wine, onion and garlic. Blend. Use wire whisk and blend in cream. Place chicken in a 9 x 13 inch glass dish and spoon sauce over chicken. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
