3 cups chopped rhubarb (fresh or thawed from frozen)
1 T flour
1/2 sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp water

Topping
6 T flour
1/2 t brown sugar
1/2 cup oats (old fashioned)
6 T butter (3/4 stick)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, combine rhubarb, flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and water.
Stir to combine. Pour into a lightly greased 8x8 pan. In a second bowl, combine flour,
brown sugar, oats and butter. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake 350 degrees
for 40 minutes.
