Ingredients:  
2 6½ oz cans tuna
8 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp Durkees Dressing (or ½ tbsp mayonnaise and ½ tbsp mustard)
2 tbsp chili sauce
2 tbsp snipped parsley or chives
1 tbsp chopped green onions
¼ tsp hot sauce (Tabasco)
2-3 stalks celery, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain tuna.
Add other ingredients and blend well.
Refrigerate.

Serve with crackers as an appetizer or as a spread for sandwiches.
