with Tomato Cream


Ingredients:

1 egg, beaten
¾ cup milk
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 1-pound can salmon
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp celery salt
½ tsp garlic salt

Topping
½ cup buttered crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients except the buttered crumbs

Bake 40 to 45 minutes @ 350º, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

May also be baked in individual molds set in a pan of water for 30 minutes.

½ cup catsup

Combine and heat in top of double-boiler.
Serve over Salmon Delight
