1 boneless beef brisket
½ bottle liquid smoke
onion salt
garlic salt
celery salt
Worcestershire sauce
salt
pepper

For Bar-B-Q Sauce:
4 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp salt
1 cup catsup
4 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
The night before:
Sprinkle meat with onion, garlic and celery salt.
Refrigerate overnight.

Next day:
Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper.
Brush with Worcestershire Sauce.
Bake covered at 225º for 6-7 hours.

In a small saucepan, combine ingredients for Bar-B-Q sauce.
Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

Slice brisket and cover with sauce.
Place any remaining sauce in a bowl in case someone wants extra.
