1 ¼ lbs. ground beef
¼ c. celery (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)

¾ c. ketchup
¼ c. water
1 tsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger, including onion, and celery. When browned, drain off any excess liquid.
Mix the ketchup, water, vinegar, mustard and brown sugar together.
Add the ketchup mixture to the meat and allow to simmer for at least 30 minutes. It is even better when frozen and reheated.
Serve on toasted hamburger buns. Wrap buns in foil and heat in the oven for about 7 to 10 minutes.
