2 cups flour
2 Tbsp Crisco
½ tsp salt
About ¾. -1 cup cold water

Fillings

Potato:
About 2 potatoes (cut in half and sliced), 1 onion sliced, 3-4 hot peppers, oil & salt

Spinach:
1 bag (makes about 2 Falagone), add oil, Crushed pepper, salt

Meat:
Veal & Pork - eggs cheese, Parsley, Paprika, salt & pepper

Hot Sausage & Zucchini:
1# loose Hot Sausage,
1 onion,
1 egg,
½ cup cheese
2 cups zucchini
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, Crisco & Salt in food processor. Add water gradually until it forms a dough and comes away from the sides of the food processor. Knead a little and let rest few minutes. Cut dough into 2 balls, again let rest a few minutes. Roll ball into a circle like pie crust, add filling and fold in half and crimp like a calzone. With fork pierce top about 3 times. Bake 350 till Golden brown.
