3/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup REAL Butter (NO margerine)
1 1/4 cup Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed
3 T Baileys Irish Cream or similar
1 T Vanilla
1 egg

1 3/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º
Combine Peanut Butter, Butter, Brown Sugar, Baileys and Vanilla. mix until well blended. Add egg. Beat until just blended.

In seperate bowl combine flour salt and soda. Add to cream mixture slowly. Mix until blended.

Drop or roll into to balls teaspoons of mixture onto cookie sheet. flatten slightly in criscross patterns with sugared tine of a fork.

Bake for 7 to 8 minutes, or untilset and just beginning to brown. DO NOT OVER COOK! remove from oven cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet then remove to cooling rack.
