1 1/2 c. Flour
1/2 t. Salt
1 T. Sugar
1 1/2 - 2 c. Milk
2 t. Baking Powder
1 Egg, well beaten

Directions:
Mix flour, salt, sugar and enough milk to make a cake batter consistency in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake for 30 minutes.
