Ingredients:  
1/2 head iceburg lettuce
2 tomatoes, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
3 oz. Swiss cheese, cut in strips
3 oz. ham, cut in strips
1/4 c. Spanish (green) olives
2 T. Romano cheese

DRESSING:
1 clove garlic, minced
1 t. oregano
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 c. olive oil
1/8 c. white vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Combine salad ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients thoroughly and pour over salad. Double this recipe for 5 or more settings.
