1 10 in. unbaked pie shell
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 10 oz. package frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. half and half
1/2 tsp.seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Spread Swiss cheese on bottom of pie shell. Arrange broccoli on top of cheese. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Beat eggs, half and half, and seasonings until foamy. Pour over cheese and broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour until pie is set. Serve warm.

Note: can add chopped ham with the broccoli and Swiss cheese.

Shonna Lindsay, the Homemaking teacher at Piner Middle School in Sherman where Matt's Dad was principal, used this recipe in her classroom She had her students make this quiche and serve it to the faculty. It has been served at brunch celebrating Mitchusson graduations and baptisms.
