12-14 cured, bone-in ham

1 c. bitter orange marmalade
1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
6 Tbsp. Bourbon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the ham in the oven according to directions on the package. While the ham is baking, heat the glaze ingredients over medium heat until well mixed.

Thirty minutes before the ham is done, remove from oven and drain the ham juices from the pan. Keep the ham juice to cook a pot of beans. Spread a third of the glaze over the top of the ham and return to the oven. Add glaze to the ham every ten minutes during the final thirty minutes the ham is cooking.
