2 cooking apples, peeled, cored and cut into bite size chunks (I used Fuji apples)
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the apples, butter and cinnamon in a small saucepan on medium heat; cook until apple chunks have started to softened; approximately 15 minutes.
Remove from heat a set aside.
(I serve this as a side with the LePeeps Gooey Buns.)
