1 Pound Ground beef
1 1/2 Cups Chopped Onion
1 1/2 Cups Chopped Celery
1 Cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
1/2 Cup Uncooked Long Grain Rice
1 Can Mushroom Soup
1 Can Peas
1 Tablespoons Chopped Pimento
1 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 Cup Water
1 Can Chow Mein Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a skillet, brown the ground Beef.

2. Add the onions, celery, green pepper. Cook until tender but not brown.

3. Add uncooked rice, mushroom soup, peas, pimentos, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and water. Bake in a covered casserole for 1 hour at 325ºF.

4. Top with chow mein noodles for the last 5 minutes.
