10 Cups of Flour
2 cups shortening
3 Tbsp Salt
4 Cups of Water

OR

5 # Flour
2½ - 3 cups shortening
2 cups of water
Salt

FILLINGS

1. Potato/Onions/Salt/Peppers and oil
2. Spinach/ Peppers/Salt/Oil
3. Meat (pork-veal cubed)/Peppers/Paprika/Salt/Parsley/Cheese,Eggs


AUNT MARY’S FALAGONE DOUGH

3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
½ cup oil or Crisco
¾ cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dough as you would for Pie crust, (I break mine down to 2 cups flour, 2 large serving Tbsp of shortening, tsp of salt, place in food processor add enough water till dough starts to come together and roll around inside of food processor).
