4 lb. Riccotta cheese
4 lb. pound cake
1/2 t. vanilla
1 1/2 c sugar
1 large chocolate bar
1 pkg. roasted slivered almonds
Whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Line pan, side and bottom, with wax paper, or saran wrap. Whip cheese until soft, add sugar and vanilla, beat together. Chop chocolate, fold in with almonds. Slice cake 1/2" thick, line pan, bottom and sides with cake. Fill layer of cheese, layer of cake, layer of cheese, ending with cake. Put a weight on cake, refrigerate over night. Turn cake onto platter - remove wrap or wax paper and frost with whipped cream. Garnish with shaved chocolate and almonds if desired.
