2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Tbls. olive oil
1 can mushrooms, undrained
1/8 cup soy sauce
1 Tbls. brown sugar
1 Tbls Hoisen Sauce
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 green onions, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. On stovetop, brown chicken breasts in olive oil. Stir together soy sauce, sugar, hoisen sauce and ranch dressing. Pour mushrooms and juice over chicken. Top with soy sauce mixture and stir to coat chicken. Cover.
Place in oven and bake 15 - 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese and onions over chicken and bake an additional 20-30 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
