Directions:

Mix the mayonnaise with the juice of half the lemon and the zest of the lemon.
Grate the lemon on a fairly coarse grate to give larger pieces of zest.
Serve cold as a topping for fish cakes or other fish cuts. Especially good on salmon cakes.
