Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 - 8 oz packaged crescent rolls (I use reduced fat now)

Press rolls flat onto an ungreased jelly roll pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350. I use a 17 ½ by 11-½ inch pan. Set aside to cool.

½ cup sour cream (I use light)
½ cup mayo (I use light but you could use Greek yogurt)
2-8-ox cream cheese (I use 1/3 the fat)
You can use 1 package of Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Dressing Mix or Recipe of Homemade Ranch Dressing Mix (No MSG in the Homemade version-better for guests with allergies)

Homemade Ranch Dressing Mix
o 1/3 cup dry buttermilk (found in the baking aisle)
o 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
o 1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
o 2 tsp. garlic powder
o 2 tsp. onion powder
o 2 tsp. dried onion flakes
o 1 tsp. ground black pepper
o 1 tsp. dried chives
o 1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Press rolls flat onto an ungreased jelly roll pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350. I use a 17 ½ by 11-½ inch pan. Set aside to cool.

Mix together all items for cream cheese mixture, except vegetables.

Finely chop ¾ cup of each of the following vegetables plus two bunches of green onions and I really mean finely chop.
Vegetables: Carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, celery, red peppers.

After the crust is cooled spread the cream cheese mix over the entire surface. Then spread the chopped vegetable mixture over that. Sprinkle surface with Salad Supreme (found in the spice section at Wal-Mart) Cut in a wedge shape by cutting one way on the pan straight and one diagonal. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!

(My Mother’s original recipe- my brothers named it because they said it was so yummy and so fattening that if you ate to many your shorts were going to start giving you a wedgie-we were uncultured-what can I say :)
