2 hearts of Romaine lettuce
6 ounces Italian salad dressing
4-5 ounces shaved Parmesan cheese
5 ounces olive oil
2 ounces reduced balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat grill on high. Cut romaine hearts in 1/2 lengthwise.
Pour Italian dressing out on a large platter.
Dip the cut side of the romaine into the dressing and place directly on the grill. Repeat with remaining pieces.
Turn the lettuce 45° once and cook for approx. 2 minutes.
Remove from grill and refrigerate until cool (20-25 minutes)
Place the grilled lettuce, cut side up on salad plates.
Divide the parmesan equally. Evenly distribute the olive oil and balsamic reduction.
