1 head Romaine lettuce
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 cup oil
8 slices bacon
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup blue cheese (optional)
6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Put crushed garlic in oil, shake and refrigerate. Cook bacon until crisp and crumble. Mix dry mustard, pepper, salt and Worcestershire sauce together and add to garlic and oil mixture. Blend egg, lemon juice and blue cheese. Add sauce, bacon, croutons with parm cheese. Toss and serve.

We have shared many laughs and good times together since then and were lucky enough to live not far from each other in our winter homes in Florida.
