2 lbs. Stew Beef Cubes
6 Large Carrots, cut into large pieces.
6 Medium Potatoes, Quartered
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can of Cream of Celery Soup
1 8 oz. can of Tomato Sauce
2 Bay Leaves
1 Tbsp. Instant Beef Bouillon Granules
2 Tbsp. Dried Minced Onions
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder

Layer half the beef cubes in the bottom of a crockpot. Next add half the carrots and half the potatoes. Repeat with beef, potatoes, and carrots. Sprinkle with Bouillon, Minced Onions, and Onion powder. Add tomato sauce, and soups. Last of all tuck the bay leaves into the stew. Bake on high for 4-5 hours being sure to keep completely cover at all times. During the last half hour of cooking, you may add on small bottle of pearl onions, if desired.
