2-3 lbs. Boneless Chicken or Beef
1/2 c. Finely Crushed Corn Flakes Crumbs
1/2 c. Finely Ground Ritz Crackers Crumbs
1 tsp. Paprika
1/2. tsp. Salt
3/4 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
Dash of Pepper

1 Egg
1/8 c. Milk

3 TB. Butter

3/4 c. Hot Water
1 Beef Bouillon Cube

Cut Chicken into bite sized pieces (around 1 inch sq). Combine crackers and cornflake crumbs with seasonings. Beat the egg and add the milk in preparation for dredging chicken. Dip meat pieces into the egg mixture and then in crumb mixture. Slide the meat onto metal skewers. Place butter in a frypan and place the chicken skewers on the melted butter. Brown all sides of the chicken skewer, about one minute on each side. Dissolve bouillon in hot water and then add to the fry pan. Cover the pan tightly and let simmer for 20 minutes or until done. Serve warm or refrigerate for a picnic. If using wooden skewers soak in water before using. Do not reheat in a microwave on the metal skewers.
