3/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3 beaten eggs
1 (20-ounce) can drained crushed pineapple
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsps baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 (1-pound) package light raisins
2 tsps mace
1/2 pound green cherries
1/2 pound red cherries
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and then rest of ingredients.
Bake 300° oven for 2 1/2 - 3 hours.
If desired add 2 tsp. almond extract plus 1 tsp mace.
LIne pan twice with brown paper greased with butter.

Recipe from Jeanne MacDonald Neville. Jeanne babysat me when I was a young one. We lived across the road from each other and were very good friends as we grew up. Jeanne & Jim got married two months before Joe and I and I was her bridesmaid.
