1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 well-beaten eggs
3 c. flour
3 t. baking powder
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and butter. Add the eggs. Sift together the dry ingredients and then add to the sugar/butter/egg mixture. Add vanilla and mix well. Refrigerate until dough handles easily. Roll 1/4" thick anad cut with cookie cutters. Bake in a 350º oven for 10 minutes, or until light brown.
