1/2 c. Olive oil
1/3 c. Lime juice
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Ground Cumin
1/4 c. Red Wine Vinegar
1/3 c. Finely Chopped Onions
1 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Pepper
3 Cloves Minced Garlic

2 lb. Boneless Chicken Breasts
12 Large Flour Tortillas
1 c. Diced Tomatoes
1 c. Shredded Lettuce
1/2 c. Sour Cream
1 c. Sliced Olives
1/2 c. Shredded Mexican Cheese
1 Red Onion Sliced
1 Yellow Pepper Sliced
1 Red Pepper Sliced
1/2 c. Guacamole
1/2 c. Salsa

Directions:

Make marinade in a large rubbermaid container. Cut chicken breasts into strips just smaller than an inch. Refrigerate overnight or eight hours. Remove chicken from marinade and drain well. Grill chicken over medium heat until done, it will take around six minutes. Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and place in a warm oven around 275 degrees. Gather ingredients for the fajitas. Grill sliced peppers and onion in a bit of olive oil. Serve warm and enjoy!!

Grandma and Grandpa Adams went to a Mexican restaurant and loved the fajitas. Paka asked the owner for the recipe for them and he gave it to him.
