1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. shortening
1½ c. sugar
2 eggs
2¾ c. flour
2 t. cream of tartar
1 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
2 T. sugar
2 T. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly butter, shortening, sugar and eggs. Blend in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Shape dough into balls. Roll balls into sugar/cinnamon mixture. Bake for 8-10 minutes @ 400º.
