3/4 c. margarine, softened
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
3 c. rolled oats
1 c. Sun-Maid baking raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine first 5 ingredients; beat until well blended. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; add to butter mixture. Stir in oats and raisins. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake in upper third of oven for 12-15 minutes. Remove immediately and cool on wire racks. Makes 3 dozen.
