1 cup flour
1 egg
½ cup milk
1 T. sugar
pinch of salt
drop of vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together in blender on low speed until thoroughly mixed.

May add grated cheeses, bits of thin sliced apples, bacon, etc. while cooking. Pour batter (thinly) into medium skillet heated under medium high heat with a little salad oil in the skillet. Cook until brown then flip over with spatula, brown, serve. Top with brown sugar, jam or syrup.
