1 pound ground veal
1/2 pound ground pork
2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup milk
1 beaten egg
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/4 tsps salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Mix ingredients and put in greased loaf pan. Bake 350° approximately 1 hour.
