1 Devils food cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 - 12 oz. jar butterscotch or caramel topping
Frozen whipped topping thawed 8 oz.
3 Heath candy bars 1.4 oz.
Directions:
Directions:
Make the cake according to the directions on box. While it is still warm, poke holes in the top of the cake with a wooden spoon. Let cool a bit (about 5 minutes)

Pour sweetened condensed milk into the holes.

Pour warm topping over that

Let stand a few minutes to cool.

Spread top with thawed whipped topping

Crush candy bars and sprinkle over top
