Fake crab (the kind made with cod that looks like crab legs)
avocados
grapefruit sections, from the refrigerator section of the store
lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, separate crab into bite sized pieces. Add avocado that has been cut into bite sized pieces. Add grapefruit sections that you cut in half.

For dressing: mix equal parts of olive oil and grapefruit juice. Add a little salt and pepper.

Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces and put a nice serving on plates. Top with crab mix, and a little dressing.
