1 cup mashed fresh berries
2/3 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1/3 cup lime juice
3 cups sugar
1 pkg liquid fruit pectin
4 Tbsp. dark rum
Directions:
Directions:
Mix fruit, juices and sugar together and microwave on high for 6-8 minutes. Stir twice. Boil to rolling stage. Add certo and rum and stir. Skim foam after 5 minutes. Store in sealed jars.
