60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine
1/4 c. sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
6 oz. can frozen orange juice
9 oz. container Cool Whip
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crackers, margarine and sugar. Press firmly into a 9x13 pan reserving 1/4 cup for topping. Mix rest of ingredients together and spread over cracker crumb mixture. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Cover and chill a few hours before it is to be served. Do not freeze. Keeps several days.
