Ingredients:  
Use 3 Tablespoons of grits per one cup of water. Add salt to water and bring to a boil. Cut temp to simmer and add grits. Whisk every time you can for the first 5 minutes. Be sure to whisk all the grits from the bottom of the pot. After 5 minutes you can whisk less often. Add salt to taste and butter. Ready in 15 minutes.
