2 1/2 cups water
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1/2 tsp papper
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 to 1 1/2 lbs skinless and bonless fish fikets

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan, mix the first 6 ingredients. bring to a boil and reduce the heat. Add the fish filets.
Simmer 10 to 20 minutes or until fish can be flaked with a fork. The time depends on the thickness and size of the filets. Don't over cook, the fish should be firm but can be flaked.. Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon and serve warm or refrigerate and use in other recipes such as fish cakes.
Note) Frozen fish filets can be poached without thawing as long as they are individual and not frozen in a bunch. Other wise the outer filets will be overcooked.
