2 pkg. Lil Smokies
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 T. cornstarch
1 can (13 oz.) pineapple chunks
1/3 c. vinegar
1 T. soysauce
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in skillet. Stir in pineapple (with syrup), vinegar and soysauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and add 2 pkgs. smokies. Cover and simmer 10 minutes; stir occasionally. Stir in green pepper and simmer until smokies are well done. Can eat right away - better if they simmer for 1 hour.
