Beat until smooth:
4 eggs
2 c. Grated unpeeled zucchini
3/4 c. Oil
1 pkg vanilla pudding
1 tsp. Vanilla

Add & beat 10 min:
1 1/2 tsp. Instant coffee
1 pkg devils food cake mix

For Icing:
1 c. powdered sugar & 1 T. Milk

OR

Cream cheese frosting:
3 T. Butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp. Milk
2 c. Powdered sugar
1 3oz cream cheese


Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour bundt pan, pour mix into pan and bake at 325 for 50 mins. Once cooled top with choice of frosting.
