1 kilogram Flour
1/8 kilogram (125 grams) warm Shortening (Can be replaced with butter/margarine if needed)
15 grams of yeast
1 Tbsp. Salt
2 Cups Water (More may be needed)

Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º
In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt, and add the shortening.
Dissolve yeast in the warm water
Pour water/yeast mixture on top of flour, adding more water while you mix it together as needed
Knead it by hand for 7-8 minutes, or until it looks nice
Let raise until doubled (1 hour approximately)
Divide into rolls, let raise for 15-30 minutes
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until golden brown
