Elbow macaroni
Velveeta cheese
Butter
Evaporated milk
Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook elbow macaroni according to directions. Drain and rinse.
Put half of the cooked pasta in a buttered casserole dish.
Cut up chunks of Velveeta cheese and stick into dish around the macaroni.
Slice butter pieces and put on top of macaroni also.
Spread thin layer of crushed Ritz crackers on top of noodles

Repeat layers.
Pour evaporated milk over the top

Next:

Saute about 25 Ritz crackers with ½ stick melted butter anad sprinkle over the very top of the mac and cheese dish.
Bake at º350 until bubbly - about 30 minutes
